For the second consecutive year Iowa State Bank has been selected as one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces as announced in the Des Moines Sunday Register on Sunday, September 22, according to bank president Tom Larson. The bank ranked seventh in the state for small employers totaling between 35 and 149 employees.
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with more than 30 major publishing partners and recognizes a national list of Top Workplaces. Workplace Dynamics estimates that one in every 100 employees in the U.S. have been surveyed by WorkplaceDynamics.
