Fraud Prevention Tips

Protect yourself from fraud using the following tips:

  1. Use Mobile Banking to monitor transactions and turn on and off your debit card.
  2. Create account alerts through online or mobile banking. Set up Alerts to know when transactions clear, direct deposits are made and when you hit a certain account balance.
  3. If you suspect fraud, contact the bank at the number you know and trust. Do not use email addresses or phone numbers provided to you in unsolicited requests for information.
