
Amy Wolter of Iowa State Bank, Algona, successfully completed the Iowa Bankers Association Consumer Credit School, March 3-7, 2025, in Ankeny, Iowa.
The school is an intense one-week program sponsored by the Iowa Bankers Association. Students at the school participated in rigorous coursework, gaining insights into risk assessment, compliance requirements, and strategic decision-making in consumer lending. The class advances a better understanding of the consumer credit function allowing students to better meet the credit needs of their customers and serve their local communities.
Amy Wolter serves as a Personal Banker & Consumer Lender at Iowa State Bank in Algona. She has over 15 years of banking experience. In addition, she serves as co-chair of the bank’s employee charity, the ISB Community Crusaders.
